Grandparents’ Day, Wednesday, Nov. 5^th, during the morning.

Attire: White band polo shirts, uniform bottoms.

Baker University Jazz Festival: Friday, November 21^st, 8:30 a.m.

Attire: White band polo shirts, black slacks/skirts, dark shoes.

December

Christmas Concert: December 11^th, 7:00 p.m., White Concert Hall, Washburn University.

Attire: Concert Attire – Boys: white button-down shirts and dark ties/black slacks/dark shoes and socks.

Girls: white blouse/black slacks or skirts/dark shoes.

There will be no more than two (2) off-campus gigs in the community scheduled during school hours. Times will be given well in advance so teachers can be notified, and the musicians prepared for their academic classes.

KU Jazz Festival: Lawrence, KS. (Typically this is the first Friday of the month, during school hours).

Spring Music Concert: Monday, March 9^th, 7:00 p.m. in the HHS gym.

Attire: white band polo shirts, black slacks/skirts, dark shoes.

April

Washburn University Jazz Festival: White Concert Hall (typically this is the first Thursday of the month, during school hours).

Attire: white band polo shirts, black slacks/skirts, dark shoes.

Ozark Mountain Festival or Branson, MO Festival: late March. More information later, as it comes in.

Competition attire: white band polo shirts, black slacks/skirts, dark shoes.

May

Ice Cream Concert: Wednesday, May 6^th, 6:30 p.m. in HHS’s east parking lot.

Attire: TBA.

June

Sacred Heart’s Germanfest. First weekend in June, it will be an evening gig.

Attire: white band polo shirts, jeans.
