Study Skills is 1 credit hour and open to students in every grade. It is designed for those identified students who need additional instruction, support and guidance in order to achieve success in their academic work. Students will be exposed to the following skills: time management, outlining, note taking, organization, active listening, research methods and test-taking strategies. They will be required to apply these skills in their daily academic courses under the supervision and guidance of the instructor.
